Troubleshooting Installation Issues

Some Android versions call this "Install from Unknown Sources" or "Allow installation of apps from unknown sources." This setting allows you to install apps outside the Google Play Store. After installation, you can toggle it back off. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK files downloaded directly from vivo4d — the certificate is valid and secure. On iOS, if the web app won't add to your home screen, try using Safari instead of Chrome, and ensure you have enough free storage space on your device.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The vivo4d app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (for caching), and notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, location, or microphone. Your account credentials are encrypted and stored securely on your device. When you log out, your session ends and your credentials are cleared from the app's memory. We recommend logging out on shared devices. If you lose your phone, you can log in from another device and change your password immediately through your vivo4d account dashboard. Your account balance and transaction history remain safe because they are stored on our servers, not on your device.
